• All appointments will be made online at www.obligesalon.com or by calling the salon at 210-382-0508 during normal business hours, Tuesday-Saturday from 8am-8pm.
• We ask that you arrive to your appointment on time.  If you will be more than 15 minutes late, please notify us and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment.
• If you need to cancel please do so within 24 hrs of your appointment time.  No call, no shows will be subject to a fee of 50% of hair service.
• If you are habitually late or miss appointments (more than 3 in 3 months), you will be asked to pay for your services when it is booked.
• Oblige is a salon for EVERY race and ethnicity, we ask that you avoid conversations about race, religion and politics.
• If you should have a concern with your stylist please talk to the stylist first to set up a redo, if he/she can not correct the problem for you, please speak with the manager on duty.  Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds.
• The safety of our staff and clients is our utmost priority. If you are suffering from any contagious infection, we recommend that you reschedule your appointment until you feel better.
• Our establishment has the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately with our staff or can pose a threat to our business.
